Conditions of Participation (general terms and conditions):

By registering for our offers, the participants agree to the following conditions of participation (general terms and conditions).

1. By registering, the participant accepts the general terms and conditions.

2. Registration for the offers is made in writing by E-mail.

3. The clothing should be adapted to the weather. Waterproof, closed and non-slip footwear and weatherproof clothing appropriate to the season are prerequisites for participation.

4. Taking a drink in the form of water bottles (no sugary drinks such as cola, lemonade, etc.) is permitted or desirable at high temperatures. It is only possible to consume the food you brought with you before or after the end of the event.

5. In bad weather (heavy rain, hail and unpredictable, ecological events and catastrophes) the event can be canceled.

6. If the participant cancels the event, the amount already paid will be credited and can be redeemed or offset at another time for an upcoming event.

7. The instructions of the organizer must be followed. In the event of violations of the safety instructions, the participant can be excluded from the event.

8. The registration and the registration fee refer only to the registered persons. Accompanying persons and pets are not provided for the events.

9. Behavior in nature should be ecological: smoking is not permitted due to the risk of fire during the event.

We participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The competent authority is the Universal Arbitration Board of the Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein (https://www.verbraucher-schlichter.de).


Disclaimer (valid for all events from "Nature calls you")

1. Participation in the events of "Nature calls you" is at your own risk. By registering, each participant declares that his / her state of health allows participation in the event. The participant is aware of possible dangers associated with a stay in the forest. Any necessary emergency medication must always be carried. The organizer must be informed of allergies and other health problems before participating in the event.

2. The participants will not make any claims against them for injuries and damage that may arise from participating in the event at "Nature calls you" and its instructors. This applies to personal injury as well as property damage, in particular also the consequences of accidents.

3. "Nature calls you" and its executing instructors assume no liability for damaged or lost items such as equipment, accessories, clothing and valuables of the participants.

4. No liability is accepted for any mental, physical or material damage. The participant accepts the organizer's disclaimer for damages of any kind.
